Pilates' Contrology is an exercise system that works. You will stretch tight areas and strengthen smaller muscle groups that support the coordinated movement and function of the body. Develop strength in a very appropriate fashion that de-stesses your mind, and allows you to gently re-focus, and re-connect coordinated movement within your body. When you complete a workout, you will feel whole, grounded, energized and powerful. The goal of Authentic Pilates training is to learn, teach and maintain the original integrity of Joseph Pilates' work. There are specific exercises taught in a specific order and manner to ensure safety, results and increased vitality!
