Her curiosity for how the human body changes as a result of exercise training led her to Syracuse University where she pursued a MS in Exercise Science.

From friends who completed the NYC Pilates program, she knew that her Pilates training would be incomplete without training in the original Pilates Method.  She decided to train with master instructor Romana Kryzanowska, student of and sole heir to Joseph Pilates' body of work.  She completed the 1000 hour Authentic Pilates Instructor Certification at The Pilates Studio, NYC.

Stephanie has been learning and teaching Pilates exercise for over seven years,  including three years at Onondaga Community College's Excell Center.  She is a member of the AMTA, NCTMB and PMA.
