Private Session:
One on one personal instruction including apparatus and mat work. The benefits of the Pilates Method of body conditioning are most fully derived through learning about you body's imbalances during private sessions.
Familiarity with exercises and terminology before attending a group class ensures a smooth transition into and maintains continuity of group classes. Joseph Pilates only taught one on one to specialize and refine the exercise session to the needs of his clients.
It is highly recommended to start you Pilates adventure with private sessions, especially if you have no prior experience with the Pilates method. A few private sessions will ensure more profound success in semi-private and mat classes.
Semi-Private Session:
A shared exercise session with one or two other students of same experience, includes apparatus and matwork.
Matwork:
A small group Pilates exercise experience (max 6-10) in class with students of similar experience. All students receive individual attention and correction for maximal results.
Schedule:
Basic, Basic/Intermediate, Intermediate, Advanced level classes available.
Instructor will open new class times as necessary, please feel free to request.

Private sessions by appointment 8am to 8pm mon-fri and occasionally saturday 10am-2pm
Fees:
Private: $60/hr
Semi-private:$35/hr per student
Group mat classes: $72 per 6 weeks
Block purchase of 5 sessions ($55 each) $275
Block purchase of 10 sessions ($45 each) $450
Cancellation is required 24 hours in advanced.
In case of illness, refunds will only be issued in the form of class or massage credit.
